Tumbled limestone tiles

Tumbled limestone is defined by its tumbled edges, which give each tile a softer outline and an aged appearance. Our tumbled stones run from deep greys to light creamy beiges, in fixed sizes and free-length limestone.

Choosing a tumbled limestone

Start with colour and how much variation you want. Ashford is a deep mid to dark grey, consistent in colour. Windsor Grey is mid grey with brown and olive undertones that change from tile to tile, and Malbork Grey mixes dark and light greys with hints of blue. On the warmer side, Stratford and Siena Classic are light creamy beiges with little variation, while Dijon Tumbled, one of our core lines, is a warm beige-taupe with fossils throughout. To see every stone by shade, browse our grey limestone tiles or beige and cream limestone tiles.

Surfaces differ too. Most are textured; Windsor Grey is smooth, and Dijon Tumbled and Siena Classic have an antiqued surface. Edges can be hand chiselled, as on Havana, or machine-cut, as on Malbork Grey. For aged, antiqued and brushed finishes, see our aged and antiqued limestone.

Ashford is the tumbled stone we mark as suitable for external use, and it's on our outdoor limestone tiles page too. Order a sample pack before you decide, then use the calculator on each product page to turn your room size into an exact quantity.
