Terms & Conditions of Sale

Issue 02, November 2026

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, sales and supplies of products by Inside Out Stone unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products

Natural stone is a geological material and variation in colour, veining, fossils, texture and shade is inherent. Samples are indicative only.

3. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to product availability.

4. Orders

Orders become binding once accepted by Inside Out Stone. Customers are responsible for checking all order details before confirmation.

5. Prices

All prices are subject to VAT where applicable. Prices may change before order acceptance.

6. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice. Goods remain the property of Inside Out Stone until paid in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. Customers should inspect deliveries on arrival and report any shortages or transport damage within 48 hours, with photographs where possible. Reporting later does not affect a consumer's statutory rights. Full details are on our Delivery page.

8. Inspection Before Installation

Customers and installers must inspect all material before cutting or fixing. Installation constitutes acceptance of visible characteristics.

9. Returns

Consumers buying online may cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, or ask for an exchange, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please contact us before returning anything. Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, such as stone cut to requested sizes, may be excluded from cancellation, but not where they are faulty or not as described. Standard products are not excluded just because they were ordered in for the customer. Returns from business customers are accepted only by prior written agreement.

10. Liability

Liability is limited to replacement, repair or refund of defective goods. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Force Majeure

Inside Out Stone shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, drawings and documentation remain the intellectual property of Inside Out Stone unless otherwise agreed.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Statement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
