Aged, antiqued & brushed limestone

Aged and antiqued limestone is finished to look worn, with textured surfaces and tumbled edges that suit traditional homes, farmhouse kitchens and countryside renovations. Brushed stones sit here too, as most of ours pair a brushed surface with an antiqued look. For the rest of the range, see our tumbled limestone floor tiles.

How the finishes differ

Each stone gets its character a little differently. Dijon Aged is acid washed for an antique finish and textured surface. Cambridge, Verona and Montana have tumbled edges and a rustic, aged look, from Cambridge's warm beige and light brown to Montana's light beige. The Heritage stones (Dijon Heritage, Heritage Grey and Jaipur Heritage) are antiqued, with hand-cut or gently tumbled edges, and Hampton Grey and Hampton Olive share that hand-cut, worn character in grey and olive.

Among the brushed finishes, Norfolk Grey has a brushed antiqued finish with genuine fossils, Dijon Brushed an antiqued beige-brown surface, and Ascot is a light creamy beige with a brushed finish and delicate grey veins, for contemporary or traditional rooms. Most of these stones also come as free-length limestone. To compare by colour, see our grey limestone flooring and beige limestone tiles.

Cambridge, Hampton Grey, Hampton Olive and Jaipur Heritage are also suitable for external use, as is Heritage Grey in its 22 mm sizes; they're on our outdoor limestone tiles page. Read Understanding Stone Finishes to compare, or order a sample pack.
